Use the MLD directory on this site and attend a figure drawing work shop yourself, even if you don't consider yourself an artist. Network
Enquiry about the work through a model friend and feel free to ask for advice about this kind of work. And if you don't know any models then attend a life drawing class and introduce yourself! Be bold about it and you might be surprised what opportunities will present themselves.
